“For I know the plans I have for you….” This verse is an encouragement for all of us. That the God who created you has a tailor made plan just for you. This has been my favorite verse for a long time but in the last year, it has guided my life in a way that I could never have imagined.
But part of his plan involves our talents, the natural talents we all have in us. Our mission here at j29.11 is to help every person succeed in their small business or in sales with our success track using their talents.
Hi! I’m Esta. I have been in the real estate field for 20 years. During that time, I have been a top producing agent and started and sold a real estate office. Most of my business has come from repeat and referral business and that part of the business is so important to me.
I specialize in helping independent contractors as well as small business owners. I primarily do this through one on one coaching to really get down into the weeds with them and meet their needs.
There are lots of coaches out there. So why pick me? The difference between me and most coaches is the following:
I have built a long lasting career. So many “coaches” come in with two years of experience. I have 20 and not just there but active and successful year after year for 20.
I’ve made payroll. It sounds simple, right? But there are too many coaches who say they want to help you build a business but they have never done it for themselves.
