office from scratch, hired a team, made payroll, navigated good markets and brutal ones, and eventually sold the business to a sweet couple who I knew would take care of it.

That's not a resume — that's the reason my coaching works. Most of my clients came to me through repeat and referral business, which tells you something about how I operate. I don't chase. I build relationships and I do the work.

When it comes to coaching, here's what actually separates me from most:

I've built a long career, not a short one. A lot of coaches out there

have two or three years of experience and a course to sell. I have 20

years of active, successful production — through recessions, rate spikes,

and everything in between.

I've made payroll. There are plenty of coaches who will tell you how to

build a business but have never actually done it themselves. I have. I

know what it costs, what it takes, and what happens when things don't go

as planned.

Now I work one-on-one with real estate agents, salespeople, and small

business owners who are ready to stop figuring it all out alone.
