Do I have to be a real estate agent to work with you?

No. Esta works with real estate agents, salespeople, and small business owners. If you're an independent contractor or running your own business and you want to grow, the coaching applies.

How long does coaching last?

That depends on where you are and what you're working toward. Some clients work with Esta for a few months, others stay on much longer. There's no minimum commitment — you stay as long as it's working for you.

What happens in the first session?

The first session is a full 60-minute strategy call. Esta reviews your current business, looks at your pipeline and lead sources, identifies where the gaps are, and builds a focused 90-day plan with you.

Can I do sessions in person?

If you're local, yes — one session per month can be done in person instead of a call. If you're outside the area, all sessions are virtual.

What if I miss a week?

Life happens. Esta works with you on scheduling. The accountability piece is about your business goals, not perfect attendance.

How is this different from coaching I might get through my broker?

Broker training is general by design — it has to work for everyone. Esta's coaching is built entirely around your specific situation, your numbers, and your goals. There's no group curriculum here.
