Hey, I'm Esta!
I specialize in helping independent contractors as well as small business owners. I primarily do this through one on one coaching to really get down into the weeds with them and meet their needs.

I have experience. Too many people are coaching with too little experience. I have been an agent for 20 years. My business has gone through good and bad markets. I've built a business from the ground up that I recently sold to a sweet couple. My coaching is tailored to you and your needs
